The CON-CRĒT® powder’s pleasant, tart taste is a direct result of its molecular structure being aligned with the pH of the body's digestive track and natural chemistry. This allows CON-CRĒT to be absorbed by the body more efficiently than other creatine molecules.
The CON-CRĒT powder is readily dissolved in any liquid. We suggest, however, that you mix CON-CRĒT with 4 – 6 ounces of a juice low in acidic content, such as grape or apple, and then consume once dissolved. For best results, be sure to take CON-CRĒT one-hour before your work-out or competition.
You will notice, however, that we only recommend a ¼ teaspoon (or 1 capsule) of CON-CRĒT per 100 lbs of body weight. This Micro-Dosing® approach eliminates the need for consuming huge quantities of powders and ingesting pills. It also yields one of the best costs per daily-dose on the market today.
