This is a great article. I have just recently started using creatine and I will have to double check the stuff I bought to see if I made a mistake and bought one that will alter my hormones. Are you guys on Facebook and Twitter so I can follow your updates?

i just want to say a few things about con cret creatine. i have tried many creatines in the past. some left me bloated, some caused cramping, and some just did not produce any noticeable size gains. i have been using con cret for ten days and am blown away by the fact that there are no side effects at all. no bloating, no loss of vascularity. i have noticed i am doing more reps per set and have been increasing resistance by 10%. with con cret i just seem to keep lifting endlessly. also, i am 50 yrs old have noticed much quicker recovery with con cret. i train 5 days/week weigh 190lbs and am very lean (8-10% year round). i am so impressed with con cret i think everyone should try it.

Hi Ethan, Thank you for question. The answer simply stated is yes, as a swimmer you would definitely benefit from taking creatine. Creatine helps with strength, endurance and recovery especially for those high-intensity activities done in short time periods, that require energy bursts after the body’s regular ATP supply has been depleted. If you swim competitively, then obviously you are required to race short distances 50-200 yards and need that quick burst of energy that can sustain you at high intensity throughout your race. This is where creatine is extremely beneficial to bodybuilders and sprinters, as it is for swimmers as well.

Creatine increases production of Adenosine Triphosphate ATP, a major source of energy or fuel for cellular and muscular function. Therefore when muscles are depleted, creatine can help to quickly restore and recharge them. It also has proven to reduce lactic acid, an energy waste product that results in muscle fatigue.

What’s unique about our product CON-CRET is that it’s the only creatine on the market dosed by body weight, only ¼ tsp is needed per 100 lbs of body weight. Unlike other creatines, there’s no cycling or loading required. Our creatine product CON-CRET offers people a safe, quick and easy solution for muscle restoration, strength and energy – which can be advantageous to many on a daily basis. It was also proven in a blood plasma uptake study conducted at The University of Nebraska Medical Center to be more than 60% more soluble and potent than creatine monohydrate (the most commonly known creatine) as well as others.

We hope this helps answer your question, and you consider creatine as part of your regular workout routine and supplement regiment.

Pls let us know if you have anymore questions.
