M pic-smListen and learn about the many benefits that not just men experience, but also women can get by taking CON-CRET; from the convenience of taking capsules instead of heavy creatine powders, to the elimination of side effects typically experienced from all other creatines (bloating, cramping and GI distress), and finally the spectacular results of lean muscle with increased strength (an attractive benefit geared directly toward women).

Mark Faulkner’s interview on Jose Antonio’s Performance Nutrition Show this past Sunday, with hosts Anna Lepeley, competitive inline skater and fitness and nutrition expert, and Meg Liz Miller, professional women’s football player and fitness fan, covers all of the above along with many other important points worth listening to.  Mark describes how CON-CRET, the world’s first and only pure concentrated creatine was first discovered through synthesis by accident.  He talks about his own personal experiences taking CON-CRET and how it has helped him with endurance in his daily work-outs playing hockey out in Nebraska, and he shares the many other athletes’ stories he is aware of, who have seen great results in their performance.
