Creatine Hydrochloride is Predicted #1 Creatine for the Next Decade
CON-CRET pure, concentrated creatine hydrochloride is here to stay, and is the creatine of the future!!! According to Jim Stoppani and Allan Donnelly of Flex Magazine, creatine has been “one of the hottest supplements on the market in the last 10 years…” and creatine hydrochloride is the top creatine for the years to come. In an article entitled “Back to the Future,” pages 158-169 of the most recent issue of Flex Magazine (which just hit the stands), these two editors give a description of the top training methods and supplements that have helped bodybuilders over the last ten years get bigger, stronger and leaner. There are just three supplements that TOP the list; whey protein, creatine and beta-alanine.
According to Stoppani and Donnelly, Studies have shown that subjects gained an upward of 10 pounds of lean muscle mass and made strides in strength of as much as 15% in just a few weeks. As stated in the article, “You’d be foolish not to use this supplement regularly…Like whey, creatine is not going anywhere. It still remains the most effective supplement on the market today.”
Of the creatines, creatine hydrochloride is predicted to be the number one creatine and “may outperform creatine monohydrate and cause a shift in use.”
The CON-CRET plasma uptake study is mentioned in the article (although not directly spelled out), “A brand new study found that creatine hydrochloride was absorbed by the body 50% better than creatine monohydrate.” The study cited in the article was conducted at The University of Nebraska Medical Center and by Dr. Donald Miller at The University of Manitoba. The results are posted on our website: www.con-cret.com.
There is only one pure, concentrated creatine hydrochloride (HCl) molecule that dissolves (is the most soluble) and accomplishes the results mentioned above, a significant increase in muscle mass and strength gain, and has been proven by real academic science to be the most potent and most bioavailable creatine on the market – and that is CON-CRET. Officially introduced to the scientific community at the ISSN World Conference in June of 2009, CON-CRET out performed all other existing creatine forms in the blood plasma uptake study mentioned above in which the results demonstrated its superior solubility, bioavailability and potency over all other creatine products and blends. Never has this blood plasma study been conducted before. Studies have always been done by taking a supplement and observing the effects in the subjects’ immediate work-outs. This is the very first time blood plasma levels were reviewed for solubility after taking a supplement. The bottom line is that if the supplement can’t be fully absorbed into the bloodstream than it will not penetrate into the muscles. Due to this new CON-CRET creatine hydrochloride molecule, creatine supplementation has been revolutionized.
Unlike creatine monohydrate, creatine hydrochloride is readily absorbed into the body and does not have any negative side effects, such as cramping, bloating, water retention, and GI problems typical of creatine monohydrate. Due to creatine monohydrate’s low intestinal permeability, huge doses must be consumed and only small amounts get absorbed. The rest must be excreted which results in the many negative side-effects mentioned above. This problem with absorption is also why creatine monohydrate requires that a person “load” in the beginning and then cycle off to give one’s body a break from it.
Creatine hydrochloride should not be confused with creatine ethyl ester (CEE) hydrochloride (hcl). Over the years, science and manufacturers have tried to improve creatine monohydrate by introducing new formulations, resulting in creatine pyruvate, creatine citrate and creatine ethyl ester (CEE). Some of these blends claim to be more soluble and therefore have greater bioavailability than creatine monohydrate. However, CON-CRET is a molecular development beyond esters and is significantly more potent than creatine monohydrate or any of these other forms.
Only small amounts of CON-CRET are required for superior results. CON-CRET is the only creatine to be dosed by body weight, like pharmaceutical compounds (micro-dosing = only ¼ tsp per 100 lbs of body weight). CON-CRET has truly revolutionized the creatine market – it is a product that is backed by Real Science and delivers Real Results! It’s the wave of the future, so wouldn’t you like to jump on board!
